Game Froze

I just had a game where my opponent's time completely ran out. I checked my stat page, and it gave me the loss for the game. I checked the game and it showed that my opponent had infact made a move, but during the game I was playing, nothing happened and his clock simply ran out of time. It didn't even declare a winner in the end, do I assumed that it was a computer problem. I just wanted to alert the staff about this. It doesn't bother me that I lost the game, but if it happens again, then chess will be very unenjoyable because I wont be able to finish a game.

It seems that you lost connection to the Live Chess during the game and that is why the game never updated with the clocks and your opponent's move. Please note that the Live Chess is one of the top priorities on Chess.com.

Thank you for informing me of this. =D In fact, I remember that the computer did state during one of my earlier moves that the connection was lost, but at that time it was only temporary.
