Game Glitch?

Just wondering how often things like this happen. It comes after a pawn move, I made.  Was PC4. Then my opponent moved PC3 and somehow took my pawn wasn't even on the that square.  I just gave up after that a few moves later. Game wasn't letting me do anything. 

I'm new to chess, so feel free to ignore all the bad play. Think the moves come on 30 and 31. Thanks

Ok thank you! Im pretty amazed that a player at under 400 lvl knew what that was. Not claiming there is alot of cheating going on, on this, because I really don't know. But I do play game after game where out of no where the game play of people changes. It's just really weird. I hope not though. Again thank you.
