Game is unplayable because server is too slow

The past few days I've lost 4000 ELO points because I keep losing significant amounts of time during my games. Is there something wrong with the server? It wasn't like this before. I've tried playing on my laptop, desktop, and app. I also tested the speed of my internet and it's 25mbps, with 5ms ping. There is something definitely wrong. My timer keeps losing 10-20 seconds before it's even my turn. Please help.

There is a very good possibility there is a problem somewhere between your local connection and the chess.com servers, but not with the site servers.
