This morning 5/5/2012 I turned on my computer and signed in, after which I received a message that I have lost a game by resignation. I did not resign, I was in no position to resign and gad two or three days left to make my move. In addition I lost points. How did this happen? Could someone look into this. contact me at nylllib@aol.com. Thanks

It is the game ending 5/5/2012 with Hart40.  I would like the game voided and the points reset.

If you want your rating reset, keep playing and it will go back to normal pretty quick.

The point is, why did it happen? How did it happen? It upsets the nature of the game to wonder when or if the game will malfunction again. While planning my next move I will have this malfunction lurking in the back of my mind until the error in the software is repaired. I play on my toshiba win7 and my android samsung without any issues till now.

Very impressed with this site, the game has been reset to the proper location, points have been adjusted, and we're back in business. Now I'm waiting for a message that explains what happened, but even if it can't be explained, they did the right thing. Very professional and very responsive. I'll even promote this site to my friends and maybe even upgrade.
