Erik, do games against friends not auto-claim the win regardless of how you have it set in your profile?
The game is not with a friend. There is no "claim" button that I can see as of yet.

If you go into your online chess settings page, check the box marked 'auto win on time', then scroll to the bottom of the page and save changes, when you then view that game it should end on time.
My game is also stuck, i moved my peice then it returned back everytime i moved, its been an hour and the timer is 0 the game is still not ending even if i resign or close the game or clear data, my internet is good

Same here. I can't finish that game or start a new one. I even reinstalled the app in hopes that would fix it. Nada

Same problem here. I cannot claim victory/offer draw/resign or start any new game.

Looks like some server issues... My opponent ran out of time, but game wont finish.I cant resign, draw or start new game.When going to tournaments tab, there are no tournaments.

currently dealing with this too. Almost certainly a server issue that will need a reset to resolve. Most likely not fixing itself in the coming hours

Yes my opponent flagged but i did not get any rating nor see the game in my games archive
I'm currently playing an online standard game, and the other player has not made their move well over the set amount of time. However, rather than ending the game, the game is stuck at "about a minute", and has been for a day. Could I please get some help?
