Martin is correct, anything but iOS app works. So you can use the browser on your phone in mean time.
The Web UI is a catastrophe.
At least, during the problem, the time counters should be suspended.

I have tried multiple devices in multiple locations, followed/attempted all connection and cache suggestions on multiple devices.
All other sites are fine on these devices.
It is obvious something on your end.
