Games Disappearing

I just wanted to post that my online chess just lost (as in disappeared) three games.  All three of the games that disappeared also counted as a loss to me.  I play on my iphone as well if that is what is causing the problem.

Anyway, the losses bumped my rating down(you can see this in my recent games vs my actual rating), which is not a big deal but I wanted to be in the 1600-1800 class range for the new chess.com knockout tournament that starts on Saturday.  I just would rather have the better competition than the one it will put me in(1400-1600). Is there any remedy to this situation or is it just C'est La Vie?

No, neither.  They don't show up on my recent games.  Look at my recent games and then look at my current rating.  Three of my games just disappeared and they all counted as a loss.  Don't look at the most current win, it was an unrated game anyway.  But look at the ones before.  Somehow I drop from 1603 to 1587 and when I saw it, I knew something was fishy because I was in the middle of a game that I was studying and it disappeared from my "online games."

 I was at home and logged in on my computer.  I didn't log out and left the room.  I then got on the iPhone app.  I don't know if that created a glitch, because I was logged in both on the computer and with my iphone app, but it created 3 losses and bumped my rating down.

Did you receive any email alerts to tell you the game was over? If you did, there will be a link to the game on that email alert.  It'll show as "to view this game'  on a clickable box that takes you to the game itself -  I need that game link in order to be able to locate the game.

Or if it was a team match or tournament game, i need to know which team match or tournament (link) it was please

Thanks for the response kohai.  No, I don't have email alerts, so there was nothing.  They really just disappeared, like in the bermuda triangle.  I'm not too worried about it, just thought to post it just in case it wasn't an isolated error.

Were they standard games or from a team match or tournament ?

They were standard games

without a game ID from an email alert or some way to trace it, i can't restore them to games history sorry.
