I think I have an example of this glitch. I am playing 11 games (including one unrated one) but it says I am playing only 10.

kohai, this bug is keeping you busy. My count is wrong again, probably because it is not taking into account the start of a new tournament, something you already know, I am sure.

updated again. Sorry i am trying to track down whats causing this. Alot of members have been really helpful letting me know when it happens and which types of games they are playing.
OK. I just started a new tournament at about 1 or 2am PDT today with 7 simultaneous games (papaorum tournament 40: many points for 8 diligent players (<1540)). Those seven games were not added to the count of games in progress. It should have read 37 but showed only 30 (still does now). Please let me know how I can help more.

It looks like there is something fundamentally wrong with the accounts system for that particular statistic that is not going to be rectified by correcting accounts one-by-one for only those who notice and report the discrepancy. Even then, does their account stay fixed, or does it end up out of count again after they've added and finished/removed a few games from their current activity?
I haven't bothered checking wins, losses, or any of the more complex percentages and records given. Are there others that are nonsense too? I like having access to the stats-- that was one of the features that drew me to the paid membership.

Interesting -- I was playing one game from one tournament and had a total of zero -- could it be that one game from each tournament isn't being counted? It seems like tournaments are the likely culprit....

It does look like its tournament related, but we're not 100% sure yet whats causing it. Thanks to alot of members and their help, we're alot closer to finding whats causing the stats to be out of sync.
mine is wrong again. A second round of a tournament started, but the games were not added to my game count.

maybe it is new gameS from Tournament or Team Matches who has not add In Progress.

I have 27 games in progress yet it shows 9.It has been like this for a long time now.
