Games Missing from "Explore Games"?

When I click "Explore Games" on someone's profile, it often appears that games which should be included are missing. This is not the case for every profile, however. Is this a privacy setting somehow?

I hesitate to give examples because it feels odd to link to a random person's profile without asking them first. Perhaps someone who responds to this will volunteer.

Note: I'm aware that games are not included in Opening Explorer if they are less than five minutes in duration, less than four moves, or are Chess960 games. That's not it.

I haven't noticed this observation, but if you want to use my profile to show missing games, then by all means you can do so.
