I emailed them but I keep playing and my scores just stays the same

Ive played multiple games on mobile and never modified any settings i was playing bullet and i started to get a little win streak and every time i started an new match my elo stayed the same and now i notice that there not even saving the games theres no evidence i even played the matches. Am i doing something wrong here? Now it wont adjust elo win or lose for any time control or game.
