Try filing a help and support ticket. Click help & support at the bottom of the page. Next page has a very small "contact support" box on the lowerleft; click that and it brings you to the "ticket" page. Good luck.

Hello. I am a Candidate Master with 2219 elo, a friend of mine told my players with title get premium membership and I've been trying to get this for about a month already without success. I've sent my information including passport picture, fide card, personal Facebook etc. I contacted someone in the Help & Support chat room and he told me he can't help me with that. Is there anyone here who can help?
