Glitch caused a timeout - Chess Forums

I've just gotten my first timeout in a daily game and I want it to be removed, as it was due to a glitch and not my not making a move. I was waiting for my opponent to move and saw that he had less than 60 seconds. Shortly after, I was sent a message that my opponent won on time. I checked the game and saw that he made a move after all but that it never registered for me.

I'll take the loss but, on principle, I want to have the timeout expunged from my record as it is not fair to me since I always play in good faith. Please respond to me about getting this matter rectified.
