Glitch or cheating?

I was playing bullet against a player, hi doesn’t move any piece so I should have win, but instead of that I win the game did hi do it! It stood that I had leaved, but I haven’t done that.

Was it a glitch or do my opponent cheat?
I don’t now.
I should want an explanation about this.

There's your local network connection and the connection between you and the site. If the server doesn't have a connection to your client then that can happen
