Posting in the forum is not the right way to report a bug. You need to make a bug report using the link on the website Help menu to make a bug report.

I took a look and didn't find anyone else posting on the forums recently about a problem with bot availability. It seems possible to me that you might need to uninstall and reinstall your app. Which app are you using? Is it up to date? Is your operating system up to date?

As far as I know, no other members have posted a similar issue. It sounds like it could be a device related issue of some sort.
