Group Invitations Start of Day

The quota is 30 per day.

Traditionally a day on this site ended at midnight on the west coast of North America, after I go to sleep. It is now past midnight on the west coast. This morning I cannot send group invitations.

"Sorry, you have already used up all your invites for today."

When does the day start for group invitations?

A group dedicated to fair matches. Players with at least 50 games completed can request to join if their time per move average is less than 11 hours 31 minutes and timeout ratio is less than 10%.

Back in business. Looks like it is a true 24 hours rather than a midnight reset.

It is 24 hours for pretty much everything that goes by "day".  Game Analysis, Tactics Trainer, etc.

I sent out one invite today, and now I am getting the error message "Sorry, you have already used up all your invites for today" when I try to send an invite from a different group.  Has the quota been changed from 30 to 1?
