Have "lost" because of permanent sever disconnecting

There was a huge internet outage in the USA with one of the main backbone ISPs (www.he.net). Our data center uses HE, but has since switched to our backup provider while HE gets things figured out.

Several times during the game, as many as dozen times or more, i get "connection interrupted . . . reconnecting", which during this time your clock is ticking away and I have lost my concentration and sometimes points and the game.  Is it Chess.com?  or is it my connection?  Please let me hear from other playes, if you have this problem?

We have this computer in repair (computer repair shop) because our customer was also complaining about losing his connection.

We tried looking into anti-virus, firewall, NDIS filter drivers, etc. none of them was the problem.

Luckily I found this post to conclude it has to be chess.com instead of the computer.

There shouldn't be a problem with your computer as well HammerCr!
