I have two accounts, one for daily games and one for rapid and bullet. When switching I always need to restart my device which takes some time. Because in the games I can't move the pieces at first. is there anyway to fix this or should I just always restart my device? Thanks in advance!

And so the games I started always get aborted which isn't amazing.

I restarted my device and it worked again but it took a while.

I've never heard of an issue like that.

That said, multiple accounts are only allowed with staff approval.

I just realized there's a problem. In entering my email I enter my school email. Which with I can't receive non school messages. What should I do? Just stick with my other account?

I guess; If you don't have a specific reason mentioned in the link provided, it's better to stick with one account only. You know; you can easily acquire separate reports [such as listing, stats etc.] with the same account for daily, rapid, bullet, and others.

You should be placed in a working division after your next game

Could you change the color for something brighter or maybe standing out more when it’s your turn? Maybe red rather than white. Thank you, R

Staff are aware of some divisions with the problem and are looking into it.
