Q1: I don't know how to do unrated puzzles on chess.com; it might be possible, but if it is, then I don't remember how to do this either.

Q2: Do you know how to post a pgn diagram into a chess.com forum? If you already know how to do this, then posting puzzles is the same method, except you click "puzzle" under the "Theme" option. It should be a checkmark box. If you don't know how to post a pgn diagram at all, then I can help with that too.

for Q2, now I get it, I should be able to do that.

For Q1, when I get a puzzle wrong on try 1, it changes to unrated. I want to know if this is a setting that you change or not.

If you do a puzzle and get it wrong, it will be unrated if you try again; that's the way it works.

why can't i castle

why aren't i allowed to castle? the board won't allow me to do so. for some reason the castling feature has been disabled on my platform. how can i restore this feature?

If you're using click-move then you have to click the king and then the king's destination square to castle. Clicking the king and then the rook no longer works for Standard Chess.
