 For some reason when I try to play a game , I am unable to move my pieces. What should I do?

Heres stuff you could do:

  • Restart your device 
  • Reinstall chess.com 
  • Check your WiFi connection 
  • And if all that doesnt help, i guess its a bug which will be fixed. Hopefully.

Also the board has turned around and I am at the top now. How do I turn it around to be at the bottom?

For some reason I am also not able to contact support, could someone contact support to let them know of my problems here

Also, do you have White always on bottom turned on in settings?

That means your device is either not allowing third party cookies or external code to load.

It's possible whatever causing that is causing your other issues
