All the rest of the Chess.com website is working for you? Just the Help & Support section is giving you trouble? Try using the "Control F5" or "Control R" keys to do a hard refresh on the webpage.

I tried with IE 8 and Firefox 4.0.1. Turned off my firewall, just in case. Still the same.

I wouldn't stay online with the firewall turned off, but sometimes it is necessary to find out if that's the problem.
I think it's safe to assume the problem is with the website if 2 or more browsers can't access one or more features.
This site strikes me as "buggier" (and occasionally slower) than most, that's not a complaint BTW just an observation.
