help and support are useless

I contacted your "live" support. it gave me bot recommendations. my games were freezing (not internet - still strong, high end Mac 2., latest os. ) I try everything it recommended. I've lost numerous games for abandonment.  problem is you can't say advice doesn't work. you have to start all over. it terrible. it happened before no answers so I didn't rep my paid membership.  was gonna join again now that I have chess but not with this kinda support.  what can I do?

likely server issues, chess.com gets overloaded occasionally

to many tines I just lost 4th time this week. 36 points total

like I said I was gonna join again but with no assistance forget it. shame since I just bought chess 2. did it twice when I was on there with chess.com too.

I'm not aware of any recent, site issues. That happening on live games should be extremely rare

Are you using any browser plug-ins or add ons? Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Tried all that.

i have high end mac m2 with high speed internet.
