Being a platinum customer, I'd have thought when I had an issue and contacted support, I'd receive a response and hopefully some assistance within 24-48 hours. It's now been 4 days with no reply.
Most other companies I subscribe to give great support. Why is Chess.com failing on this front?
Average support response is 1-3 days but it may take longer depending on the issue and when in the week a ticket is opened.
Have you checked the Help tool for new messages?
