Help. I am being disconnected after every move.

i don’t know if it is a WiFi, a hardware, or a software problem. I have tried the suggested solutions (hard refresh, clearing cache) listed in the help section to no avail.

i am starting this thread because i am not able to leave a message for the support team. 

Has anyone encountered this? Any possible solutions?  Am I just using an old computer or browser that is no longer compatible with chess.com?

Click on the Green Pawn, then click the bars....

Mine usually shows Excellent Connection, but this morning, I was showing only 1-2 bars.

My issue has been increasing over about a week. So I don’t think it is a problem with the site.

FYI. My problem was solved by updating my browser.
