Help! I've lost nearly everything!

I recently merged my facebook account with a fresh chess.com account so that I could use the iphone app to make moves in my games.

However, in doing so I appear to have lost everything except my current live games. I am very annoyed about this, as you might imagine.

My previous name was "ManicMinerUK". In this merge I have lost all my group memberships, my progress to the final round of the <1300 tournament I was playing in, all my old games, my old forum posts, all my tournament registration points.

I can understand if there are technical reasons why some of these elements cannot be carried across, but some warning that I was about to lose them would have been nice?? Had I known this was going to happen I would certainly have thought twice!
