Hey it looks like your opponent is actually going to be back in a few days (he's at a wedding in DC) - so don't worry - the 1 month 3 days thing is just the amount of total vacation time left, not how long he'll actually be gone. I bet he's back on Monday!
Oh, and yeah - until he returns the game is on "pause" and the time doesn't run out until he comes back and makes his move.
