Move 11 says Bxc3, but it's D that takes! Move 13 says Bxc4 too, but something is not right at all here!!

If this is a bug, I think it's the worst bug I've ever seen.

The notation is correct.  What it seems you're missing is that a lower case letter denotes a pawn while capital letters denote other pieces.

For example:

  • bxc3 = a pawn on b2 took a piece on c3.
  • Bxc3 = a bishop took a piece on c3.

If you want to freshen up on your notation, you can take a look at this Chess.com article: https://www.chess.com/article/view/chess-notation#algebraic-notation

Oh dear, of course it is. It's before dawn here, but I still feel shame. Thanks... I'll go and make coffee now.

I have a strange thing:

It says N2f3. Is that because there is multiple knights that can go there? (last move)

Yes. Take a look at the position and ask yourself, "How do I know which knight moved to f3? Was it the one on d2 or on d4?" Since both knights are on the same file, the rank number is put next to the piece that moved. If the knight on d4 had moved to f3, then the notation would have been "N4f3".
