I reported the player [edited-name removed] for abuse in a message he sent to me on the 29/07/21 but i have not had a reply from you if any action has taken against him.

Please don't make accusations in the forum.
The only way to reach support is to email them. The forums are answered by other members like you who volunteer to try and help out.
Did you email support previously or just hit the report button?
If you emailed them , you should get a response but it often takes more than one day.
