Crashing (app freezing) mid game?

Have similar problem. Both clocks stop in the middle of a game, and I cannot see the opponent’s last move. I can chat however. Have tried on 4g and different WiFi locations - the connection is not the issue.

Same problem here. Game is frozen in middle of the game I cant see opponent last move and my time runs out.
I faced twice in the middle game and end game and the game froze. This is stupid app and it may be caused by other players to win silly points. Anyways the game developers have not looked into this issue and therefore I am out. Will never play again on this app. It sucks.
It’s now so frequent that the game is unplayable

I too have this exact issue. Is this an indication that the other player is cheating?
Sorry about that guys, it could be your internet problems, or potentially your mobile phone doesn't support the chess.com version.
Don't worry about your opponent cheating, they will get banned :-)

I am also having this issue on iOS app. Just lost to time on blitz up a queen. It’s completely unplayable
