Lessons seem to only display mastery level lessons.

I'm using the website. All the lessons are Mastery, and if you use the dropdown, all you get are lessons that are rated mastery.  Just like your screenshot, it's all mastery. 

If you choose beginner, there will only be one lesson, a lesson rated beginner to mastery.

They look like beginner lessons to me.
