Help with account

Dear chesscom,

I would like "WhatsNewInChess" back. That is the ONLY account I want. You keep closing my subsequent accounts. I will follow the rules. Just give me "WhatsNewInChess" back.

What are the "real rules"?

Either you allow the person to keep one account, or you continually close a new account?

It doesn't make sense. If there was an account created in 2018 for example, and they wanted that user to ONLY use that account, then why not say/email "Ok, we re-opened your 2018 account."

But that is not what is happening. Instead, what is being communicated is more like:

1. "It is 2019, and you created an account in 2018. Therefore, we are closing this account, and we aren't reopening the 2018 account."

2. "It is 2020, and you created an account in 2018. Therefore, we are closing this account, and we aren't reopening the 2018 account."

3. Repeat the same thing until the present, 2025.

So, it doesn't matter what I do now? If I open any single account and I never create a second concurrent account, I will always have each account closed regardless?

I am stating, I ONLY WANT "WhatsNewInChess". That is the ONLY one account I want. Re-open that. Otherwise, how many weeks, months, years do I wait if that happens? Why can't it just be re-opened and I can enjoy playing chess now?

What I am doing now allows me to play and enjoy chess. What is the logic behind constantly closing someone's account who doesn't want to cheat, sandbag, stall, etc... year after year?

This is a big reason why I don't sign up for diamond membership.
