Help with site issues.

After 8 months of having my chess.com membership come out of my bank account, it suddenly stopped and I was without premium features.  Chess.com tells me they couldn't charge my card suddenly for some reason and they kept trying for a month but finally cut me off.  I contacted my bank and they tell me that chess.com hasn't tried to charge my account since April.  After a short back and forth with chess.com I was told they had wiped my credit card info and to try again.  I tried again and was asked, "Do you want to use your card ending in xxxx.  I wrote back asking how is my my cc info saved if you've deleted it?  I also asked them to re-delete it.  I also cleared my cookies repeatedly. That was July 7th.  I haven't heard back yet; perhaps they're busy.  I upgraded through paypal yesterday because I missed being able to review my games.  I don't use paypal and am really uncomfortable going through them and would hate to have to go through them every month (I'm a disabled vet and if you knew how much I live on you wouldn't wonder why I'm not paying for a year to make it easier).  Anyway, today I tried to review my games - even the ones I've already reviewed and they refuse to load.  I'm autistic and absolutely at my limit - next step is just leaving and I really don't want to because I love chess.com.  Can anyone suggest something...anything?  Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

If your membership expired, then you are likely in the new gold now which only includes one full Game Review a day.

As to a reply from support, it seems like you should have been contacted by today.

Support just contacted me and basically said, you've paid through PayPal so you don't have an issue. None of my questions or requests were addressed at all. Am I just extremely unlucky or should I just give up and accept that this will never get fixed?
