help! wrong email, can't remember password....

Hi. I signed up with chess.com a while ago on my Android phone with Facebook but I have notice I somehow entered the wrong email and now I really can't remember my password which leads to a problem. To change my password I need my email which it says isn't registered and I can't get a password reminder because it sends it to the wrong email. My user name is tastyraspberry. How do I let the Admins know my real email?

     Ths is just a suggestion;  Sign in to a free account just to get in. Once your in, go to Help & support, and tell them you got checkmatted before the game even started.

i've conected thru facebook and i don't have an email and a password

what should i do to have those?

Hi there - i have the same problem.  I signed up years ago and just activated my paid membership + then was playing with the stats and logged myself out.  I've tried every email I have ever had and according to chess.com none exist in the system.  Can you help me fix this so I can use my paid account again (I had to create a new account just to post this message;(

So I’m having the same exact problem. I cleared my search history and forgot to check my email and password for this website. My username is Johnny904 and that account is a Diamond account and the account I’m using right now is something I’m using just to create this post. If someone could help me it would be amazing, thx.

You'll need to contact support, if just using your Username isn't sufficient for you. If you know your password, that's all you need; if you don't you should be able to request a reset by using that.
