more 411 on your 911 please

I cant see all of the board at once. I downloaded the latest version of java and still cant see whole board. I hope someone can help me I really would like to start playing.
Do you need to make the board smaller in order to see it all?
Can you delineate a bit? Are you missing some of the pieces? Part of the board? Which part? individual squares? Black knights? Car Keys? Did you know there are only 64 squares instead of, say, 256? Are you playing Correspondence? Live? Blitz? Rapid? Normal? 960? 69? Tic Tac Toe?
I can only see about one third of the board at once to see the rest of it I have to move the elevator at the right up and down.
i need help if someone can help!
