No, but based on your rating, you are expected to solve problems in a certain period of time. The more time you take over the average, the less points you earn.
So you can see, the last problem you did, you were given a target time of 23 seconds and the average time is 33 seconds, but you took 2:12 minutes, about four times as long as the average. Naturally, you earned less points.
I didn't see any in the last 50 where you lost 14 points.

If I remember right, they recently changed the scoring to be more generous on time. I don't have a link at the moment, though.
