I just moved; the game works fine if I access it from a computer, although the app is much more convenient. I'm more worried about a glitch in the mobile app than the game itself. If I check the app right now, for example, it thinks it's my move even though I just moved. Presumably I could move twice in a row if I wanted to, although I don't want to try.

When was the last time you updated the app? What you're describing sounds very much like an issue we had a few weeks back but have fixed and the update has already been released by Apple.
I have the latest update, although I can't recall if the game was started before or after I downloaded the update.

When the latest app update was released, did you install it over the one on your device ? or did you close the app, completely un-install, then install the new app ?
I installed it over the current one.

Can you try closing the app, then completely un-installing it and re-installing from iTunes.
(not installing over the previous one as you may have remnants of the previous app and its bugs).
I did that and it's partially solved. It still thinks it's my move even though I just went, but the timer is counting down for my opponent. I'll let you know what happens when he moves.

Im getting the same thing as Coase, i moved online about 30min ago and the app on my iphone thinks its still my move and allows me to select my pieces and shows the submit button. I started getting this problem only after i Installed the latest update. Im reinstalling the app right now.

It was pushed to Apple. Keep checking iTunes for the update though. I don't know how long they take to update.

coase and Alex the app is now available for update, can you both check iTunes for the latest please.
Remembering to completely un-install the current version, sync the device, then update with the new app.

Hi, y'all. I'm having technical problems with a game of mine. My chess.com app thinks that it is my opponent's move, even though he just played a move, so I cannot move. Furthermore, the timer is still treating it as my move, meaning I will time out in about 11 hours if I don't move. What can I do to fix this?
