One odd thing that I have noticed with V3 is in regards to trying to unfollow locked threads. That is to say if I had been following a thread before it was locked then I must follow that thread forever and a day after it gets locked ( kinda creepy  lol ).

Yes I do hope that they will adjust things in the future as there are several locked threads that I would like to dump. Btw it also the same problem with threads where I'm blocked as well.

Yeah, being able to follow/unfollow a topic where you are blocked should be possible (at the very least unfollow) but for locked topics, the only real benefit is clearing it out your following queue. It's not like you'll get notifications for it.

One of the options in the Help menu is Make a Suggestion. It uses the same feature as the bug report tool. Go to a page where you are blocked and following, then use that to suggest the ability to unfollow.

the "make a suggestion" has been around. 

contacting staff has also been around.

topics in help and support (like this one) have been around and staff has told me that, instead of it being a place to expect any responses from staff, it is now a place where members should only expect responses from other members. gee, thanks.

input from staff when suggestions are made should be considered, no? personally, i think the more any ideas are discussed the better the outcome.
