How can I download pgn files?

Hi everyone! I'm trying to download pgn files of my games, but unfortunately I can't. There are about 2500 games to download, and I know I can take only 50 games at once, but it simply says : "We will send you the games", but I don't get anything. Why?

It can take a little while.  I did one the other day I never received though,  so it may not work every time. 

You can also switch to v3 and it just downloads instead of e-mailing.

What is v3?

Downloading games not seem to work in v3 at all right now.

I replied on your other post but if you go to the filtered archive (Daily or Live) you should be able to download that way, until they fix the main page.

In v3, the downloads are 25 games instead of 50. However, they download instantly without the cumbersome step of checking emails. It took me five minutes to download my 300+ games since late November.
