I can see many Clubs, Blogs, and sometimes forums that has like these buttons that sends you to a specific link:

Do any of you know what I can use to do these or how?

It’s Custom HTML. using the HTML editor for the sidebar or copy/paste to the about section. They had to create it themselves.
