I'd like to know this as well. Not all of us are sub-30 Gen Y whizz kids.
How can I post a video in a forum?
edit...
If you're talking about youtube, under the video click the share button. Then click embed. A box will open with code that looks like this:
<iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/idg8TNknvDU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Copy and paste it all into your post on chess.com. If you post right away, it wont be a video (as you see above, it's just text). So click on preview not post. In the preview you'll see the text (no video) so click on edit. Now the video appears, no editing necessary. Now you can click post and the video is visible.
So that's:
Share -> embed -> copy/paste -> preview -> edit -> post.

Thanks!
Ok, gotta give credit to CorriJean that showed me how to do this. If you are talking about a "youtube" video, then 1) click "share", then 2) click "embed." 3) copy the html string that displays. 4) paste this string into your post here. 5) Click "edit" on your own post. 6) click the orange "post" or "submit" or whatever it is. 7) press "f5."
Hope this helps.
Title says it all.
