My screen just hangs idle when I try to move to another contest game. I have to kill the screen and re-enter to play again. Anyone else having this problem?

Chess.com support is the worst support I have ever received from any website. I am a premium member too, but its so difficult to get help from a human, and you have to wait days for simple replies. Something needs to be done about this. It simply isnt good enough

Same thing happened to me, the app autorenewed the membership (free trial) without my verification, I know 1990 pesos is not a lot but in this time of crisis, it is a big thing for most. I want a refund but only an Ai chatbot answers me named Chessica. Can we talk to a real person please?

If you choose the billing/refund related option it should transfer to a staff member.

Hi. My Bank account was debited without having any authorisation from me. I tried to reach out to customer support. but even in the website i could only talk to bot. Depspite several requests to bots, bots still persisting that it could solve my problem. Any one can help me how can i reach out to custimer support physical person who helps me out. this is so annoyying. Thanks

If you are talking about the chess.com's customer support then open the superb support bot and keep typing something like "connect me to a human" no matter what the bot replies

I Tried. I told the bot that i need the human no matter what. it ended the conversation by replaying that human will reply back in 1 to 4 business days. But looking at your conversations with bot, it looks they did not connect with you even for two weeks. I am scared now most as they deducted me $237 without my consent. these guys should be punished for their atrocity. I dont know what to do now. its a hard earned money.

Don't see that you currently have a premium membership.

At any rate, you should go back and use the key word “refund” when asked what you need help with. You will get to a form that you can submit and get your refund.

Go to the menu and click the help thing if you are on phone, it might be the last one, and then you can contact from there
