How can I stop chess.com from spamming me with emails?

I have unticked everything under "email" in Settings/Notifications (and clicked "Save") but I am still getting emails from chess.com

Is there a civilized way to resolve this or do I have to delete my account and report chess.com for spamming?

How many emails a day are we talking about?

The last one I got from chess.com was almost a week ago.

It looks like I got 12 in the month of December unrelated to messages people had sent me or move reminders.

It's kind of random, I got two yesterday, one the day before  but none today. Still this shouldn't matter. I believe we have the right to ask for 0 spam. This is how everyone else in the world operates, I don't see why chess.com should be any different.

I keep getting emails as well. EXTREMELY annoying. It's very un-2023 for a website not to have their stuff together when it comes to a user's e-mail preferences.

What did I sign up for..?

I am sick to death of these constant daily crypto scammers. One by the name of Ziiirb has been blocked on a daily basis but still everytime I log on there she is! I am getting 1 a day least !! Can you block these or restart my account.

you can't report chess.com for spamming because they are the ones who ban people.
