If your device supports streaming what your actively playing, then there's nothing on site that would prevent that.

I'm not into streaming, so can't give any recommendations and I believe the site recommendations are for full device streaming.(PC/laptop)

App version doesn't support screen recording as well as screen share. You can't live stream also.
