Forum mods and live chess mods are all volunteers. We don't advertise for those, its usually me who chooses and trains those :)
If we're looking for staff, we send out a message to members on the site asking if people want to apply for the position

I rarely post this out to the members as normally its me who chooses the moderators for the site, I will say to those interested though ..
I'm in America working for a week or so in May. Once I get back and catch up on work, I will be looking at taking on and training more forum moderators and more live chess moderators in June 2012
If you are interested you need to:
1. Be over 18
2. Have been a member on the site over 6 months and know the entire site really well.
3. Be of mature and responsible attitude
Let me know:
1. Why you want to be a moderator
2. You want to be forum OR live chess moderator
3. What you feel you can bring to the team.
