How come my iPad and iPhone accounts don't sync?

My iPhone account shows up as if I'm a new player with 0 games when in fact I've played over 800+ rapid games.  I am using the same account of course.  What's up here?

I have an Android but I have to have sync turned on in browser settings.  I would guess you have something similar on iphones so your phone doesn't use all your data unless you allow it to sync.

There isn't one. If you sign in to the same account then they are already in sync.
