Under FIDE rules, a draw can't be taken back. ...

A proposal of a draw under the provisions of Article 10.6 may be made by a player only at the moment when he has just moved a piece. On then proposing a draw, he starts the clock of his opponent. The latter may accept the proposal, which is always to be taken as unconditional, or he may reject it either orally or by completing a move. A draw offer is valid until the opponent has accepted or rejected it.

It would be helpful though if chess.com asked for confirmation of a draw - just as it asks for confirmation of a resignation.
offering a draw, is kinda like making an offer of marriage 
that's it, you have crossed the Rubicon, as the saying goes....
don't ask the guy! He will notice you offered a draw! if you ask, it's easy to miss when someone offered a draw
I checked the game and it is your move so apparently the draw was not accepted.
