How Do I Change Settings for Incoming Challenges?

I go to the Settings section, but I can't change the settings.  The system does not respond to my directions

Thanks RedGirlZ.  I got the response to work, but the incoming  challenges only go to +50 and no lower.  I would prefer +25 or +20.

Yes, I know that.  When I clicked on "any" the same choices appeared.

Can't find the rating change section, as you described.  I had to abort a game when the board appeared.  There does not appear to be a game setting, unless I play a game or abort.

Did you click on the board selection, to customize it?

The way I start a game is to click on Play.  Instantly there is a search and the game starts.  I never saw anything, in about 5 years, like your screenshots.  Years ago there used to be a small box to click on the preferred rating for incoming challenges.  That long ago disappeared and I'm left with the +50 rating on challenges.

There is no window to start.  I click play and the game starts immediately.  I'll try to get around that.  You tried and I don't doubt your efforts.  I'll continue with the Help and Support technicians.  Thanks again.

I don't get the window you showed.  

I contacted Technical Support and should receive a reply in a few days.  In the meantime, I will not play until I find out how to make more compatible settings for incoming challenges.

@Martin_Stahl.  Thanks for the reply.  That's the only window that shows alerts.  I want to change the incoming alerts to +20 or +25.  This can't be done from that window.

I only play live chess.  I have an idea that I will try later today.  Go to the settings window and change incoming challenges from +50 to Any.  Then Save the change. Log out of chess.com and then login again.  Then go to the settings window and change the "Any" to +25 and click Save.  

My idea did not work.

Then go to “play -> live chess”. It would help if you could post a screenshot.

I have a screenshot from another user.  It's in the list of messages.  I plan to send it to Tech Support when they contact me.  I don't know how to load the screen I see in chess.com.

Can you provide a sequence of steps to get to the pictures you sent.

I've gone round and round with Tech Support and they provided similar pictures, but no way to get there.
