How do i change the bot difficulty in Endgame practice?

I don't think you can.

I haven't tried w/ endgame but I found that when I set up positions and add them to my library, I need to make sure that I'm the one that goes first so when I click "practice against computer" or w/e it is, I can click "change bot" and change the settings. Then I make my first move and the bot follows

Yes you can change the bot difficulty on endgame:

If you go into endgame and choose your theme, slide over to the practice file and then hit practice at the bottom, then your screen at the bottom should show hint, and new position, underneath those you see like a robot head. That is "change bot."
