It absolutely doesn't. I tried it from two computers, 4 browsers and a phone. None of them work.
When you say it doesn't work, do you mean that you don't get an answer?
They have been responding very slowly recently. Initial response times were reported at 6 days in the most recent monthly report.

A fair question, but no. I mean the link doesn't work. I can click the orange "contact us" button until I'm blue in the face but nothing happens.

Then you must have some plugins/add-ons that must be blocking scripts for it not to work.
I just tried as well and clicking Contact Us and then Email brings up the the beginning of the process.

So far as I'm aware I have no such plugins or add ons. It's entirely possible I do, but I don't know of any and I'm not much of a tech guy.
I don't know why my account is disabled. I was just playing and after some time when I started to reopen my account . It was just saying that your account is temporarily disabled. My username is Prolegends67965 and my gmail account is mtu5420338@gmail.com

If you look at the profile you'll see the general reason for the closure with a link to an article explaining that type of closure
The link on their contact us page doesn't actually work.
