How do I contact chess.com support?

The link on their  contact us page doesn't actually work.

I checked and the link does work.  You also send an email:   support@chess.com

I checked and the link does work.  You also send an email:   support@chess.com

It absolutely doesn't. I tried it from two computers, 4 browsers and a phone. None of them work.

When you say it doesn't work, do you mean that you don't get an answer?

They have been responding very slowly recently.  Initial response times were reported at 6 days in the most recent monthly report.

Is there something that another member might be able to help you with?

A fair question, but no. I mean the link doesn't work. I can click the orange "contact us" button until I'm blue in the face but nothing happens.

Then you must have some plugins/add-ons that must be blocking scripts for it not to work.

So far as I'm aware I have no such plugins or add ons. It's entirely possible I do, but I don't know of any and I'm not much of a tech guy.

I don't know why my account is disabled. I was just playing and after some time when I started to reopen my account . It was just saying that your account is temporarily disabled. My username is Prolegends67965 and my gmail account is mtu5420338@gmail.com

Hlo I am a old player of chess recently I finished a game after that I got a notification that my account is banned due to something but I don't know what had happened. I am requesting the chess.com to contact me as soon as possible.

And try to resolve my problem and enable my account

If you look at the profile you'll see the general reason for the closure with a link to an article explaining that type of closure

M asking for give me my account back . My account is on another mail but they r keep sending me the other mail in support .. how m gonna tell them that i its not this mail its another mail .. they r not giving me any option to put my orignal mail ..
