I need to change my credit card and I can't. I tried many many times, but the site is not working. I gave all the information, press the button and nothing happens. My signature will finish and I can't pay. Chess.com is losing money. Please, contact me. I want to talk to a real person of Chess.com. Not Chessica.

why my internet suddenly going slow while playing chesscom, i tried to speedtest and everything is alright, but when i play suddenly my ping went red and i lose so many times (i played bullet and f**k yeah so annoying)

Just lost 30 ELO because I kept getting disconnected for some reason. My internet was fine even opened CMD just to ping google, and it was stable and fast enough in terms of bandwidth. I also tried clearing my browser cache and even re-logging into all my accounts on my devices.

Do you know the email address associated with the account? If you remember me he password, you should be able to log in.

You need to contact Support directly.

I forgot to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended and I was charged. One of the billing policies of this platform says that first time subscribers can be refunded the full amount upon request and I contacted support and the billing expert straight up ghosted me. I can see that he has been online but still fails to respond to me.

How long ago did you do that? Did you fill out a form asking for the refund?
