Go to the game you want analyzed and on the right column you should see a link that says Computer Analysis. Click that and the request will get queued up. You will get a message when analysis is complete.

When the game is complete you'll notice in the list of the upper right of the game window 'Computer Analysis'. Click on it and you will get a message that your request has been submitted. You'll be sent a message with the analysis.
Oh, by the way, the link only appears when the game is completed.
